Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but availability can’t be guaranteed. If you are a walk-in, a member of the Free Soul Sauna team will process your booking for you prior to entry.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring swimwear, a towel, water for hydration, and optional flip-flops. We also recommend a change of clothes for after your session.
How long is each sauna session?
Our sessions last 45 minutes. Other booking arrangements can be tailored by contacting us directly at info@freesoulsauna.ie
Is the sauna suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your first sauna experience or part of your regular wellness routine, our team will help guide you through it.
Are there shower or changing facilities?
As we operate outdoors at present, a public shower and toilets are available.
Where are you located?
We are based by the stunning Cahore beach in Co. Wexford.
Can I use the sauna after exercise or training?
Yes, many of our visitors use the sauna post-workout to aid recovery and boost circulation. It’s ideal for athletes, club members, or anyone staying active.
Do you offer group or private bookings?
Yes, we cater for private group sessions, events, and wellness days. Contact us directly at info@freesoulsauna.ie for special requests and custom packages.
Is there an age limit?
Participants must be 16 or older.
What if the weather is bad?
The sauna is fully functional in all weather conditions, and in fact, many guests enjoy the contrast of heat and cool air. However, if weather conditions are a concern, we will notify you of any changes or cancellations.
Are there any health restrictions?
If you have any medical conditions as listed below, you must not use the sauna, or are unsure about sauna use, we advise consulting with your GP before booking.

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
